A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation and hold the date. The remaining balance is due by 5pm two days before the event. I will contact you a few weeks before the event to give a reminder of the outstanding balance.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you will not owe the remaining balance if you cancel. If you have already paid the remaining balance, you will be refunded for it (but not the 50% deposit). If you wish to reschedule, any payments that have been made will be valid for the rescheduled reservation.

Olive is well taken care of! However, she is not like a modern car, and maintenance issues may arise. In the event she will be unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to maintenance issues, you will be notified ASAP and receive a full refund of all payments.
